For over twenty years, Darrell has served as Managing Partner for the Ramsay Group. He is responsible for providing HUD mandated strategic planning to more than 50 HUD entitlement cities. Darrell worked alongside City staff, nonprofits and community residents in assessing, planning and updating goals and policies relating to housing, and community development needs for jurisdictions most needy citizens.
Darrell routinely works with the State of California’s Housing and Community Development Department and the U.S., Department of Housing and Urban Development in Washington D.C.
Mr. Stamps has a broad planning and management background in both public and private sector organizations, giving him a well-rounded combination of experience in public policy while maintaining a “result-oriented” program administration.

Mr. Bensley is responsible for managing the preparation of environmental documents for a variety of transportation and land development projects. His primary responsibilities include coordinating and conducting research and analysis for environmental documents prepared in compliance with the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA).
Mr. Bensley has more than 11 years of planning experience and specializes in conducting socio-economic and demographic analyses for the firm, which routinely involves reviewing various data sets published by public agencies and private organizations, identifying land use planning and economic trends, and evaluating community character and quality of life issues. Mr. Bensley stays current on economic development and affordable housing issues and genuinely enjoys helping to improve communities through the planning process.

Gladys currently serves as Senior Project Manager for The Ramsay Group's Nonprofit division. Her experience is backed by nineteen years working with nonprofits on a range of services including grant wring organization development. She has been able to assist organizations with identifying funding sources providing them with significant seed money to launch services, cover operational expenses as well as expand their services. Gladys provides organizations with needs assessments, identifying barriers to success in their acting grant programs and partnering to create solutions to maximize a positive impact.
